PJ started in the real estate industry in 2012 and went straight to business ownership from day 1. Coming from a construction background, it was certainly a change of scenery as well as a huge learning curve. Whilst learning the industry one thing PJ was well informed about is bettering efficiency both for the business and the client's experience. As the business grew the importance of workplace culture was vital as this would reflect on client experience and preferences of single point contact with their assets. With this knowledge, PJ pushed to better equip the team with tools and freedom to carry out the best possible service to their clients whilst not compromising on lifestyle. Since 2018 PJ and the team has worked hard to make their operations paperless, mobile, forward-thinking and all this whilst not losing focus on the client.
