Joining the Real Estate Industry in 2013 from a background in hospitality and retail management, Joseph has started at the bottom and worked his way to Head of Systems for one of the largest firms in WA. Still managing a portfolio of 100 properties to ensure his systems and procedures are tried and tested is a testament to his dedication to the improvement of his team's efficiency.
Joseph worked closely with Console to implement their system (and other third party technologies) to his entire firm with over 8 offices holding 3000 properties under management. He has created new staff procedures, training modules, management performance guidelines and aided a restructure of staff duties to advance productivity and optimise every facet of property management within the group, all with the end goal of providing an even higher level of client satisfaction.
